Digital ministry is lonely, contextual, and full of moments where you need someone who's been there. Content alone doesn't fix that — people walking it with you do.
So we stopped running cohorts from the center. The people best positioned to gather one are already in the work — our members and outpost leaders — and they do, around the curriculum in the resource, on their platforms, in their languages. TCD's job is to back them: material, tools, network, prayer.

Small and self-gathered
A handful of people — usually 8–20 — pulled together by a member or an outpost leader, not assigned by an office. Small enough that everyone knows everyone fast.
Led by someone in the work
The person leading isn't staff running a program. They're a practitioner a few steps ahead of you, walking the same curriculum with their own mission field on the line.
Applied to YOUR platform
Not “what should churches do on TikTok?” but “what should YOU do on the platform you're actually called to?” The cohort holds you accountable to that translation.
Peers that outlast the cohort
When it wraps you have people who know your context, pray for your work, and will still be there 3 years from now. That's the point.

Members gather a few people around the curriculum — or a shared platform focus — and walk it together. TCD backs them with the material, the tools, and the network.
Outpost cohorts
Outpost leaders run cohorts for their own regions and platforms — in their language, on their timezone, for their context. Same curriculum, local hands.
